The Simeone Group was launched by Kimberly Simeone, a 20-year veteran of the news, entertainment and PR industries. She has worked with a variety of celebrities including Jerry Seinfeld, Will Ferrell, Molly Shannon, Brooke Shields, Gloria Estefan, Garth Brooks, Matt Lauer, Katie Couric, Rosie O’Donnell, plus the casts of Saturday Night Live and many NBC sitcoms and dramas. Simeone also planned the South Florida stop of a soap opera casting call for NBC Daytime.

Kimberly Simeone’s career began in Miami at WSVN-Fox where she served as a writer then producer for Today in Florida, the #1 rated morning show in South Florida. While at WSVN, she also helped launch South Florida’s first morning weekend news program and was one of the producers for Deco Drive, a nationally syndicated entertainment program. Simeone also worked at WTVJ-TV, the NBC Owned & Operated station as a producer. After a successful run as a producer, she transitioned to Director of Public Relations & Community Services. During that time, she was based in Miami, but traveled extensively to NBC in New York and Los Angeles. Her responsibilities included organizing press and publicity, setting up talent appearances, developing sweeps strategies and maintaining the station image. She also organized special events, produced public service announcements and maintained relationships with all media partners including the Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins, Florida Panthers and Miami Heat.

Simeone decided to branch out on her own and quickly landed high profile assignments as a field producer for E! Entertainment and associate music video producer for bands including Skid Row, The Toadies and Deep Blue Something. She wrote and produced a series of public service announcements for the Fatone Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded by TV Host and ‘N Sync star, Joey Fatone, to benefit various children’s charities. She was also an associate producer and press & publicity director for Waking Up Dead, a critically acclaimed documentary featured at the Chicago International Film Festival, Beverly Hills Film Festival and Wine Country Film Festival. That film is currently available on DVD.

Simeone graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Miami with a double major in Political Science and Journalism and a minor in English. She currently resides in Orlando.
